Children's toothpaste without fluoride

Safe and gentle for your baby's delicate teeth

The nenedent-baby toothpaste without fluoride is perfect for gently getting your baby used to regular dental care. This specially developed toothpaste is ideal for babies and toddlers and takes their special needs into account.

Thanks to the high xylitol content (13%), the toothpaste has been proven to provide effective caries protection. The silica gel it contains gently cleans the not yet fully hardened enamel of the first milk teeth with a particularly low abrasion value. The neutral pH value protects your baby's sensitive oral flora. The toothpaste is also free from menthol and essential oils, which means that it can also be used during homeopathic treatment without any problems.

Information

Fluoride-free toothpaste – the safe choice for children's teeth?

It may make sense to choose a fluoride-free toothpaste for children aged 0-2 years for several reasons:

  • Firstly, a balanced diet can already provide sufficient amounts of fluoride, which can reduce the need for additional fluoride supplementation through toothpaste.
  • Secondly, it can reassure parents who have concerns about fluoride intake, whether due to health or personal preference.

A fluoride-free toothpaste such as that from nenedent nevertheless offers effective caries protection thanks to ingredients such as xylitol, which inhibit the growth of caries bacteria. It is also free from essential oils, making it a suitable choice for families who prefer alternative skincare approaches. As soon as the child is old enough to stop swallowing the toothpaste, you can switch to a toothpaste containing fluoride after consulting a dentist or paediatrician to help prevent tooth decay.
